What to expect during face-to-face therapy?
For attending your appointment, we ask that you follow the following procedures:

Please review the following questions and if you answer "yes" to any of these, please do not attend VCS, and please inform your therapist immediately:
- Do you have symptoms of cough, fever, high temperature, sore throat, runny nose, breathlessness or flu-like symptoms now or in the past 14 days?
- Have you been diagnosed with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 infection in the last 14 days?
- Are you a close contact of a person who is confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days (i.e. less than 2 metres for no more than 15 minutes accumulative in 1 day)?
- Have you been advised by a doctor to self-isolate at this time?
- Have you been advised by a doctor to cocoon at this time?
- Have you arrived into Ireland in the last 14 days, from another location that is not on the COVID-19 Green List?
What to expect during face-to-face therapy?
For attending your appointment, we ask that you follow the following procedures:
- Arrival:
- Please wait in your car or outside the building until your therapist messages you to enter the building.
- Your therapist will meet you in the reception area and will bring you to the therapy room.
- Please observe the one way system in operation (entry/exit and stairs).
- Payments: Please use the online payment facility where possible.
- PPE, hand sanitising and cough and sneeze etiquette:
- Masks are to be worn at all times during therapy.
- Hand sanitiser is available upon entering the building and in each therapy room. We ask that you use it upon entering and leaving. Your therapist may request you use it at other times also.
- Please observe good cough and sneeze etiquette.
- 2 metre social distancing to be observed at all times while visiting the VCS.
- Water cannot be provided during your visit, so we ask you to bring your own bottled water, if required.
